Epson Remote Services Integration

We’ve just made Epson device support faster and easier.

With our new integration, you can now open Epson Remote Services (ERS) directly from inside 3manager. No manual searching, no extra steps.

Once connected, you’ll be able to access logs, alerts, settings, and device details instantly by clicking the ERS shortcut on any supported Epson device.

How it works:

• Connect your ERS login under Account > Integrations

• Once connected, the ERS icon will appear on Epson devices

• Click to launch the ERS view for that exact device

This small shortcut saves time for technicians and support teams by letting them jump straight to what matters, without leaving 3manager.
